So, when I saw this recipe pop up on my For You page, I knew I had to give it a try This recipe is perfect for a quick, filling lunch! It’s super affordable and can be made easily with ingredients you probably already have in the cupboards. Buying the ingredients from Tesco, the total came to just £7.43 – what a bargain! Unfortunately, there weren’t any Clubcard deals available for me, but I still managed to keep costs low by choosing the most affordable options.
